I had a silent heart attack in September 2022 and have made a pretty good recovery, quite active, climbed Snowdon, couch to 5k etc. However I am concrned about the drucgs I and prescribe (Ramipril, Atorvastatin, Bisoprolol, Aspirin). Since taking these drugs I have suffered very dry skin almost to the point of ecxema in some places. Have other has skin problems since taking similar drugs mix?

yes my husband was on a very similar regime and his already delicate skin became …well, even more! He found E45 was the best for him but had to experiment till he found the one that suited him along with taking Evening Primrose Oil.
Best to ask the pharmacy your doctor's surgery, if there is one.
I never got excema till i had my operation and take exactly those drugs you mention.
I now have varicose excema which flares up every now and again and is treated by Fucibet ointment (prescription only) . I also use Epimax cream, 30 mins after.
You might be able to head it off by keeping your skin moisturised by such as Epimax or E45.
Just wanted to amplify my comments to keep on top of the dehydration. If the dry skin becomes excema it can then cause leg ulcers which is a serious condition. I have the varicose type because leg veins were used for my operation.
I don't know your treatment other than the drugs so it may well be you need to follow a different route. A chat with your pharmacist might help.
