Losartan and aspirin

does anyone know if aspirin (300mg) is ok with Losartan? Got a cracking headache paracetamol isn’t shifting! Thanks

i don’t know, it I’d be a bit cautious as aspirin does have an effect on the cardiovascular system. It’s too late now, but your pharmacist would know. Please drink plenty of water- it’s hot, could it be that you are just dehydrated?

Why such a high dose of Aspirin 75mg is usually sufficient for prevention of clotting or for plane travel. Never had that reaction but never taken 300mg only 75mg. Maybe try drinking water to flush it out which can also improve hydration as that could be another reason for headache. Hope that helps. Best Health 👌🏾

Over Counter ones are all or mainly 300mg. I'm saying you just need 75mg so the ones you already have at least Quater as gedt you can the pill & going forward just ask over the Counter? And for now if headache continues seek Professional Medical Assistance. Once again Best Health to you 😊

My limited understanding is that there can be an interaction between Losartan and Aspirin. I would check with the pharmacist.
