I am so tired of anxiety and panic attacks
I have had this for many years. I tried many meds but didn’t help. Every morning the panic comes. I lie down sometimes for hours. Breathe , take clonapepam. i force myself to go to activities but don’t enjoy them cause of anxiety. Feels like a lump in my throat today I feel sad. What is the use

ADAA Personal Story: Do the Impossible: Healing From Posttraumatic Stress Disorder
"PTSD is an invisible monster. It disguises reality. When I was sucked into what I learned to call the trauma vortex, I often couldn’t distinguish between what was real and what wasn’t. I thought I was going crazy. PTSD told me this over and over again: You’re not safe. You never will be. Being dead

depersonalization
I have been with this wonderful community for sometime. I haven’t posted in quite a while. Along with depression, anxiety and panic I suffer from very bad depersonalization. It is debilitating. Many psychiatrists really do not understand it. I feel so alone. I am looking for some support from others

Waking up with panic attacks.
I have been waking up with panic attacks every morning. I take .5mg of Klonopin twice a day. I'm really trying to ween off of the Klonopin but haven't had any success. Any suggestions?

Depression
I have bipolar 1, anxiety and OCD. I have been in remission for about 15 years, but recently I have been experiencing feelings of depression and low self esteem. I have an excellent doctor and will be contacting him tomorrow. I would like to know what coping strategies others use when they feel that

I’m really struggling. I drank an energy drink Friday and had a panic attack. Well, ever since then I’ve been hyper focused on my heart rate. I can’t shake it so of course my heart has been racing and I just feel like I’m about to have a heart attack. I don’t even know what to do. I feel so defeated.

Message of Victory and Hope
I started Spravato today. Already a major shift has happened with my thoughts. I feel lighter, no anxiety, no worries (and coming from someone with PTSD and panic attacks, this means a lot). Spravato is amazing. My abusers already saw a change in me, too, and have been unhappy about it and I. Do.

Sertraline or SSRI with Olanzapine
Did anyone take Sertraline or another SSRI with Olanzapine. I have bad anxiety and am scared of Olanzapine because of a higher cardiac event risk. And then if you add Sertraline it can also cause adverse affects. So anxious about Olanzapine and then both.

Any experience with Benzodiazepines?
I’ve been on Ativan .5-1mg daily as needed 7 years. It’s fast acting, I don’t take it often and it works great for panic. I asked my psychiatrist if I could start clonazepam .5 mg bid (total 1 mg daily because I’m hoping it will be a maintenance lasting the entire day (longer half time, Anyway clonazepine

stage 4 endo
hi all, I’m 20 and just been diagnosed with stage 4 endo. My endo specialist has given me a couple of options. Either take norethisterone and see how that goes or surgery for excision. I want a family and he said some women can conceive naturally and others need help. I just wondered what other people
