Aortic dissection
Diagnosed with GCA in May 2016. Treated with prednisone 50mg gradually reduced to 3mg then had thoracic dissection in March 2017. Had open heart surgery in France to repair aorta and valve. After increase in steroids when back in UK now back to 3mg. Has anyone had similar experience with GCA?

I got diagnosed in 2003 after 5 years of severe bladder symptoms. I was taking cimetidine and hydroxyzine, cimetidine for 13 years. Cimetidine affects the absorption of nutrients. I was diagnosed with Low vitamin B12 at this time, later on iron, folate, and vitamin D3. My bladder is so sensitive to

VINEGAR, my new best friend!
A few weeks ago I decided to add unfiltered vinegar to my diet and have been seeing more and more benefits. I've been encouraging people to try it ever since. Dr. Mercola has this article on his website today pointing out more of the scientific facts as to why it works. "Various studies, researchers

Crohn's and connective tissue disorders
It's been suggested that these, along with an
aortic
dissection
, indicate that I have a connective tissue disorder. My specialist says that it's up to my GP to investigate, but the GP says that it's not possible to test me as I have Crohn's.

Vinegar and Diabetes, Do's and Don'ts
The limited available research suggests that vinegar taken before a meal may lower blood glucose from 20% to 33%.[10,12] The response may depend on the type of glucose load—that is, a more pronounced response with a high-glycemic vs low-glycemic meal or glucose-containing beverage.[11,14] Large amounts
