One nearby I-CBT authority (Sally Winston of the Anxiety and Stress Disorders Institute of Maryland) told us that an “expert” could treat Lynn using I-CBT even though her anxiety spells are triggered by specific sensory experiences, but also recommended that we try ERP first.

I have bad mental health and I’m 90% it’s anxiety related. question I have is, would you be concerned about a prostate of that size considering my age. I’m abit concerned. Many thanks Rob

I am also on nortriptyline for depression and lorazepam for anxiety. Just reading your responses helped me from slipping into a depression. I have a very helpful spouse, but no one really understands daily pain. It’s sometimes makes me feel very lonely.

I have an appointment today to discuss this developement but it has caused me a good amount of anxiety. I think the condition is very rare but would like some information from others who might have experience with this condition.

The anxiety and waiting has been my main problem and unfortunately I ended up signed off work due to that. I need to work full time to support the kids and it is great to hear about people being able to resume activities that they enjoy so well during and after treatment.

I am back here because bird flu infected a person in Texas recently and it has triggered my anxiety. I am very afraid of H5N1 due to its high mortality rate. I hope this is not another pandemic emerging. I pray for us all.

I did not get flu, nor did I get Covid…just the afib and the accompanying tests, drugs, anxiety. I am still taking 4 different medications for the heart issue. Question, should I try Covid vaccine again??

While we were able to spend a much needed quality time together, she expressed feeling of anxiety when we were walking into the mall and general fatigue after some shopping, seemingly being caused by a stress level. I feel like she used to like going to the malls more.

i found a place to live but roommates house cluttered and all been having anxiety cause i like my own space but dont know of good areas to live in just feel like screaming when overwhelmed so hard to deal with others get along etc

I turned to drugs and alcohol for years as a solution for my OCD, anxiety and depression induced by the trauma. I have been misdiagnosed bi-polar years ago and I can totally understand why.
