I am 71 years old and have been dealing with atrial fibrillation for 5 years. I had 2 catheter ablations and a Watchman LAA device installed to help prevent blood clots. I recently had a echo that showed a dilated sinus of Valsalva. It was 4.1 cm in June 2023 and now is 4.3 cm. I have an appointment today to discuss this developement but it has caused me a good amount of anxiety. I think the condition is very rare but would like some information from others who might have experience with this condition.
