Anxiety and confusion
Totally changed zoloft to Pristiq, no change in
anxiety
still high. I see a therapist, but that seems to just make me dwell on
anxiety
all day every day. Therapist wants me off all meds, GP wants me to switch to trintellix. I am so confused.

Health anxiety
Hey everyone,I just wanted to ask if anyone else has health
anxiety
and how did you get through it to get started? I know it probably sounds stupid but I am 40 in a few weeks and I keep thinking what happens if my body can't cope and I have a heart attack or something.

I am almost a newcomer in Canada, starting my studies in my 40 s here, struggling with finding job, my concerns about my old parents, financial pressures, a sudden news about an illness that needs regular treatments and some other affairs get me stuck in a situation of distractions,
anxiety
and a feeling

getting back on medication
I have had generalized
anxiety
since I was a kid (I'm now 29) and have been taking Escitalopram for a few years and stopped four months ago. The meds worked well but I have always hoped that I wouldn't have to take them for the rest of my life.

Anxiety attack overseas
Spent a few hours in Dallas then travelled to Columbus… had 0 hours sleep on the planes… long story short, had a big
anxiety
episode lasting a couple of days… anyone else experienced this? Is it due to lack of sleep, jet lag? Unfamiliar environments?

Anxiety Relief Depression Takes Over
Has anyone else had some relief from their
anxiety
that has just led to a plunge into depression? I have always scored high on depression in screenings but have really soared in scores on
anxiety
. I've been taking Citalopram and Trazadone and my
anxiety
has greatly reduced.

Anxiety and Insomnia
I think a lot to do with it was due to the
anxiety
of going to bed without the comforting 1/2 tablet. Not sure what I can do about it other than staying up really late and hoping I'd be too tired to stay awake. Any thoughts or if you've has similar experience very welcome. Thanks

Always thinking something bad is going to happen.
For as long as i remember i have been plagued with self-doubts and hopelessness, and it rears its ugly head more often than what i would like. I think it stems back to childhood when i always tried to please people, but the overriding fear i have is that something majorly bad is going to happen, and

What anti
anxiety
medication is safe to take with RLS? I have never taken anything before but have initiated a conversation with my Dr and want to be sure she doesn’t suggest something that will exacerbate RLS. Thanks

Anxiety
I’m not quite sure where to begin. Last year I had my younger daughter and then I had a stroke 5 days later. My fiancée who had never even held a baby was suddenly charged with taking care of me (my entire right side was paralyzed, I couldn’t see out of both of my eyes, & my memory and speech there
