I am 4 year anixiety suffer I have no friends supports I need a job my family not support me

Welcome to the group. Please feel free to share what you are comfortable with, and you should receive many replies. Are there any support groups you could go to in person? In the past I have found Emotions Anonymous and Adult Children of Alcoholics meetings to be very helpful, although they are not everywhere. Sending positive energy.

Anxiety can be a very difficult to overcome. Sometimes we think no one will understand. You are not alone. Reaching out here is a good start. I have found the people here to be encouraging and helpful. Keep reaching out in any way you can and you will find help.

. I begged and pleaded when symptoms hit me because I just couldn’t figure things out. In my opinion is pretty clueless about mental challenges.

When you’re hurting bad and somewhat desperate you reach out to others, right, naturally?

I couldn’t get a soul to help me. Sounds like you’re in the same boat. Here’s a family that helps and that cares , that loves on you.
