Referral to respiratory?
I'm currently on fostair 200, salamol reliever,
antihistamines
, steroids and montelukast. I'm taking my reliever 6-10 time every 30-60 minutes day and night. I'm back at my GPS Tuesday and they said if it's not improved with this latest course of steroids they will refer me to respiratory.

No medicine helped so far!
I went to Gp and he prescriped
antihistamines
and steroid cream. My blood tests were perfect. The condition worsened after using prescribed medication so I went to dermatology specialist. She said it is foliculitics and prescribed a bunch of creams.

Finally appointment time!
I’m on fostair 200/6, spiriva, intal and salbutamol inhalers,
antihistamines
, montelukast, theophylline, maintenance pred and 2 prophylactic antibiotics and there’s no scope to reduce anything really as I’m still not fully controlled (just had a steroid wean admission a few weeks ago).

I huffed and puffed, moaned and grumbled but still did it.
I think I need an industrial tub of
antihistamines
outside my door so I just “ sheepdip” myself through it on my way out. Still another 6k done - that’s just over 25k this week so I will be happy with that. Happy running everyone 😁

Not sure I have depression
Hi everyone, I just joined. I have had chronic sinusitis, but when I explain my symptoms to doctors, they look me sideways finally, a doctor said you have mood issues and referred my for counseling. I didn't believe him because my symptoms we're physical. No sadness. Since then a few other doctors have

Escitalopram & Itchy arms

Does it go after time? I can manage this and don’t particularly want to stop the meds as doing good. Just an irritation that

Skin problems
I’m trying to keep it under control by moisturising and and taking
antihistamines
but they aren’t helping much. Could it be related to PMR, Prednisone or Omeprazole in any way? If possible I’d like to rule them out on my quest for a solution. Any help would be much appreciated.

Dizziness-Spinning, buzzing, smoky headache ¿¿¿
Am 5months post op. TAH+BSO. I've been feeling dizzy since last week. It happens while am seated, moving and even while sleeping. Especially when I try to turn on my right or wake up. The bed feels like it's spinning. My head feels so fuzzy with a buzzing sound. Then the headache and light headedness

Back on the Trails
After some bad chaffing from the Serpent Trail, I set off last week for a long training run for in preparation for the Great North Run in September (https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/catherine-fairlamb-greatnorthrun) for which I am raising money for the Brain Tumour Charity in memory of my aunt

Anxiety about holiday
Hi I am going on holiday abroad on Sunday would usually be really excited but since developing a sun allergy earlier this year I just can’t get excited! I haven’t been diagnosed as having a certain condition but it’s looking like a rare (typically) condition called solar urticaria though my reaction

hEDS and MCAS
Hi, I’ve recently got my hEDS diagnosis ( also got Fibro, migraines and PoTs) and alongside this I’ve been given a diagnosis of Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. I am really struggling to regulate my temperature and feel flushed and sick all the time, I’m drowsy and get such bad motion sickness, like even

Asthma stopped play
Well now I'm going to have to rearrange my week. This was supposed to be my short run outside. Got up late (too many snooze buttons), but still in time to dog walk and run. Started getting a tight chest during the dog walk but no sneezing, but by the time I had fed the dogs it was obvious I wasn't

Auntie Bleary-eyeds , Bleary words of wisdom, for coping with the heat on holiday and summer sun with PMR , Fibro and any Chronic Illness.
Well , folks how was your day? Do you feel as limp as the lettuce in a British Rail Salad? Are you struggling day and night with the added burden of Heat Intolerance that comes with Chronic Illness , Flagging Adrenals and Steroid usage. If not , you are lucky , and should probably consider a stake on
