Quick recovery question
Just following up on my post from a few days ago, I did have a little setback when I came off blood thinners, anxiety about it, but have moved on from that thankfully. I walked 1km today, with a rest half way, so am progressing well, now i'm just about 12 weeks into recovery. I have a question about

2 chemical pregnancies in 3 month, low progesterone levels?
Hi ladies, after what I can describe as hell on earth last year I am finally feeling strong enough to ask for some advice/experience from you 💕 I've had 3 transfers (luckily only one ivf, as we had 12 embryos). My first transfer didn't stick. But last October and December I have had 2 transferred each

How to deal with night anxiety? Advice please!
Hiya folks, first a little background. I'm recovering from serious covid and pneumonia. I was hospitalised. I'm just about 3 months post discharge now, but the recovery has been quite traumatic at times. I've suffered anxiety for my breathlessness and the like. More recently I was managing with meditation

Clodiprogrel
Ordered my tablets the other day only to find there was no Clodiprogrel which I was taking, all my other tablets, which are: Lansaprozole, Aspirin, Bisoprolol, Isosorbide Mononitrate, Losartin and Rovastatin. When I questioned this with the Doctors surgery they explained that the doctor had stopped

Another Miscarriage - what next?
Just looking for advice please on what I could ask my clinic about going forward. I’m bleeding today, (5+2) and have an appointment with EPU on Monday, but I’m pretty sure I’m miscarrying as this happened at virtually the same point on another FET last spring. This was my 3rd transfer. I’ve still got

Interesting Medscape article: 'AF as a stroke cause or innocent bystander? The debate continues.'
If that's right, they say, it might suggest that people with paroxysmal AF should be put on
anticoagulants
during an attack, and for some time afterwards, but not put on them long term.

Open Heart Surgery Coming Up: Questions and Advise
Hi all! Happy New Year. I have been lurking around for a while and found some great tips here! My first post/question. I am 45 years old and will have aortic valve replacement next week. Mechanical valve. I will be in blood thinners for life? How bad is bleeding on a minor cut? Or on a nose bleeding

Anticoagulant for the first time during an Afib episode ?
Hello, Anticoagulant was prescribed. We hesitated. Got a kardia device and started to daily monitor the heart rhythm. This morning it hit: "possible atrial fibrillation". Note that apixaban, pradaxa and coumarin were prescribed (different doctors, different drugs). Hope has died. Afib doesn't seem to
