After 20 years of providing support to people requiring anticoagulation therapy for a broad range of conditions, Anticoagulation UK has taken the difficult decision to cease operations from January 2022. Our website is no longer active and our presence on the HealthUnlocked platform will shortly be removed.

In the meantime the best advice I have ever been given whilst on blood thinner was to dose the diet, don't diet the dose.

Thank you for being a great support and giving insight when no doctor could. You have been a rock. I dealt with my anxiety because of support groups like yourselves who are valuable and accessible online. It’s a shame you are closing down. You will be a big miss .

That is so sad for I have gained so much knowledge and support here, after having my PE. I live in New Zealand and this site became invaluable to me, helped me with far more information than the hospital did and nothing better than learning from those who have had the same condition. Thank you for all that you and your great team have done and for 20 years, is amazing! So wish it could be continued.
