Have nearly finished Doxy Rescue Pack but still got pain in one lung; anyone had similar experience?
Hello everyone; Have bronchiectasis and had 13 of 15 Doxy rescue pack. Been nebulising regularly and staying indoors. And doing respiratory exercises. Except for pain in lower right lung, I don't feel that unwell, although can't sleep much, but certainly not well enough to go out in the cold. My

Refusal to give nebuliser at A & E. Has anyone else experienced this?
To put this in context, I’ve had a chest and sinus infection for over 2 weeks, weaning off prednisolone and on second lot of
antibiotics
, so coughing a lot too. (No choice but to visit, as very close relative reliant on me.)

The first round of
antibiotics
didn’t do the trick so I have to go to doc today to see about another antibiotic (she told me when I first got the uti that 3 different
antibiotics
could treat it, she didn’t know which one might be the one). My question: do I keep going with tapering program?

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in some cases may actually be alcoholic liver disease (ALD).
When these same strains were transplanted into mice, the animals developed symptoms of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease; if the mice were then given
antibiotics
, the disease disappeared. That is, in some cases, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is still alcoholic.

I went to the Urgent CAre centre last Thursday because my BP monitors had been showing an erratic beat every day for 5 days They did a very brief ECG, blood test and chest x ray, told me I had atrial ectopics , gave me
antibiotics
for goodness knows what and sent me home.

I have my dad (testing) whose creatinine went from less than 1 to 1.5, probably from heavy dose of
antibiotics
and strong painkillers, taking them currently. It’s been a month and half. His creatinine went down to 1.3 now. If it helps, I want to take them to lower my creatinine as well.

Could my pursed lips and shrunken mouth be Scleroderma.
Just joined today. Maybe just to vent till I know more. Tommorrow I see a Dematoligist, (the 6th doctor in 2mos) for what's been described as a Triad. (Rhinosinusitis, Staff and Impantigo) It's around my mouth and nose. The thing is I've taken pictures over the last 12 weeks and this SMACKS of Sclerodrma

Advocating for myself or being a nuisance?
In early October I had an appt with my local nurse practitioner who tested me for PID, prescribed
antibiotics
and sent me on my way as I was off on a much needed 10 day holiday. Whilst on holiday my symptoms remained the same. Swab results negative for PID.

Only one kidney infection recently -exasperated by dehydration and managed by
antibiotics
. My question is, in your experience, how long did your loved one hold on for with such little intake, as my gut tells me this will be what eventually takes her. Thank you.x

infection?
is it normal for the stitches on my circumcision to be yellow? The skin around seems fine and there’s no pain or discomfort. Been using antibiotic ointment twice a day as recommended and made sure to keep everything clean. Just abit unnerving.

A catch up and regroup.
I had just finished my first week when I had to take my gran into hospital on the 17th October - following non compliance with her
antibiotics
prescription - for a possible UTI and we were concerned as she was not eating or drinking anything.

My worst fear finally happened today!
Managed one GP F2F ordered some tests, nothing found but said I have Diverticulitis and was given
antibiotics
. Did nothing and I have had a few ‘near misses’ but today in the middle of a large supermarket my stomach turned over and my bowels just released, no controlling at all.

The course is 14 days so not sure when we can expect the
antibiotics
to start working. Any advice would be most helpful given that it is difficult to contact drs now until Tuesday.

update on follow up of my first IVF cycle
He prescribed
antibiotics
that il start a day before the retrieval till the day after. Some pain meds post retrieval. Dr mentioned that if all goes well then he will wait for the period which will happen a few days after retrieval and then put back the fertilised egg afterwards.

So no tooth out and riddled with anxiety I was referred for sedation to try again and given
antibiotics
(penicillin) to combat the tooth in the interim. Needless to say they’ve messed me up a bit but if they’ve staved off a toothache then needs must!
