ct scan waiting results and worried

I have stomach issues gastritis etc but this is new. I wasnt diabetic but went off my food a lot , no fruit , at all, some veg and lived on way too many fatty puddings , biscuits , cake, trying to put on some weight but makes no difference. I have for a week now, it hurts when i press in my middle right back and i can "feel' it when i move . ive not lifted anything My urine was OK as i told my gp but as i had a ct scan due she never said anything . Bloods 2 months ago ok.i have had 4 antibiotics in the year , the last over a week ago for a smelly brown green discharge ive had a long time, swab normal and they gave me Metronidazole and pessaries as said its atrophic vaginitas low eostrogen . im 73 and a hysterectomy 35 ovaries left but never this nearly a year now . it goes but stop the pessaries and its back and as i have trouble with my bad leg , its hard to lay to use them. I also came of 2 medications 2021 the last one was end December .Still on a med for sleep now. but off the last one for a year soon, i don't pee all day only waking or after sitting down a long time, or if i do have a bm, but i have slow transit and despite laxatives not much happens. Due to the pain eating anything by evening the gastro said lets check with ct scan which i paid for as NHS were back logged. I over ate nuts, biscuits puddings cake as i had no energy until i did and just didn't want to eat much else , i am sure, has caused damage and now this pain in middle area just up near waist in my right back..i press it and its sore, a week now. i am glad i had the scan early . i have a week or more to wait for results . I feel after so much fat and sugar chocolate etc my pancreas liver has taken too much abuse or my kidney. i have no gb and I dont smoke or drink. I became very low as the pain eating anything by evening was bad. couldn't even eat my porridge as it gave me excess saliva too, for ages.i get excess saliva bad worse if eaten carbs, sugar stuff , nose runs , constantly swallowing sometimes . I repeatedly told gastro via email etc Now this pain . I never ate bacon or nuts hardly but craved fat. I ate them loads salted peanuts bacon , regardless and actually passed bms no laxatives . gastro said my transit study was good, maybe less nuts. ppis make my pain worse . I noticed too i sleep far too long after certain foods like pnuts etc... I fall asleep if i sit down after a dinner then sooo hungry a sticky toffee pudding and custard and zonk . Noone eats loads of just biscuits, cheesecake like I have, yes pain bad as not good for gastritis, and cake and jars of nut butter or nuts like i was and wonders why something is now wrong albeit kidney, pancreas liver . 2 months ago my sugars were ok so gp said wont do again. When i tapered the drugs 2021 the burning pain eating anything was awful all inside my back and my bp shot up. i have hypertension , but like now when eating carbs and digesting my ears hissed and gastro wasnt bothered ,, they still hiss if eaten too much sugar etc even waking up but will die off later. My whole g.i is a mess and i dont know if this pain is a kidney disease . sometimes ive woke and itchy a bit especially scalp. The drug i last came off also caused itching as it blocks histamine and affects cns system . I have leaky gut , but gastro man knows. I saw the bowel man yesterday and he pressed tummy but i knew hed feel no lumps. i tried to tell him re pee issue but he wasnt bothered i felt just said he cant check the scan results nit back and will discuss with the gastro and as i had a colonoscopy 2019 nothing would have changed since then. i did say i have a pain in my middle right back, but i think again wasted my time. I have been using a bit of slippery elm for my stomach the last day.now I know sugar is inflammatory poison yet i carried on and too much also makes my already bad leg with rod and screws even more painful . i don't expect answers or anything as its my fault. but am so miserable and now this pain a week which started before my scan. so what will be will be. After the drink for it and the dye i actually felt good and perky wide awake sort of so promptly downed 2 cappachino and 4 biscuits and once i start i cant stop. everything that's bad. I believe the dye has iodine in.thankyou anyone who takes time to read . i apologise for long post. The bowel man did ask re thyroid . i said my t4 and t3 is ok but gp requested also free t3 which they dont normally do, and it was low, but as endocrinology said to her they werent concerned as t4 t3 normal so she left it at that . I am falling apart . so tired till i eat. but now i dont want to but low till i eat a biscuit . yes i bloat too if a biscuit and still bloated waking. loads gas. my sibo test 2 half months ago was clear and h pylori 5 months ago. I also have oral thrush of course due to food and one flucanzole nystatin don't help. coconut makes me feel sick. She's given me 14 days flucanzole this time. i feel lousy on one .

I whish you best with your CT scan results. Have you worked with registered dietician before, one who you had good communication with? They can be invaluable at providing advice and seeing clear through all the restriction that you might have.

thankyou . no gastro 8 weeks ago said hed refer me to nhs dietician . not heard a thing..I am in bed till 11 gone everyday . I basically have been stupid
