From 13 eggs retrieved to no blastocysts frozen 😢
Hello everyone First of all thank you to all my IVF sisters who have been so so supportive even though I have only recently joined. I am 43 years old with relatively good AMH and follicle count. Had a BFN last year Currently on a 3 cycle package to bank embryos due to my age On quite high stims 375 IUs

Familial egg donation
Hi, has anyone had any experience with familial egg donation? I'm considering this as my next move - I'm 41 (nearly 42), I've had three failed rounds of IVF, two positive pregnancy tests overall (the first one natural before we went to IVF) two miscarriages - and suspected low egg quality. My younger

Gastric bypass
Hi, I’m new, is there anyone here who has had a gastric bypass and suffer from migraines? I did great with a few excedrine when I was younger, it would either get rid of it or take the edge off. Now my migraines are mor symptomatic and I’ve had my gastric bypass so NSAIDS are a big no. The tryptans

A little insight would be wonderful. I’m new here!
I am 47 years old and was never formally diagnosed with ADHD. My brother was as a child and I always thought I was also. When I was 28 I entered nursing school and for the first time I couldn’t half-ass my way through school, I had to really study. I found it difficult to concentrate and take in all

Low AMH and High FSH... No funding :(
Sadly my amh and FSH does not meet the CCG criteria for South London. I'm not even sure why they made me wait 2m for this app when they had the blood test 2m ago. So frustrating and upsetting. Anyone knows what are the amh and FSH criteria for Surrey or Kent? And any idea on what are the costs for IVF

Hi I was just wondering if anyone on here as experience of dhea giving them cysts? I am on a low dose of just 25 mg every other day and I feel like I can feel stuff going on down there so I'm getting a bit paranoid it's giving me cysts. Just wondered if this has happened to anybody and if so what happens

AMH 9.4 but only 4-5 eggs each cycle.
Hello, I am wondering if anyone else has experienced the same and if they can offer any help. We are male factor (very high DNA fragmention) Therefore I need lots of eggs to help our case. My AMH 9.4 - I am 35, and this is average I believe. (correct me if I am wrong) My first ICSI cycle (250 Menopur

Covid Vaccine Experience! Sometimes you've just got to put your big girl pants on and be brave xx
Hi everyone! I've noticed recently that there are a lot of posts on here asking about people's experiences with the covid vaccine. It's clear to me that a lot of us Autoimmune Warriors are concerned and scared about getting the vaccine (rightly so! I'm not too proud to admit I also shared the same fears

Feeling deflated! Low amh and right ovary is hiding behind my uterus!
Hi all. So im feeling so deflated at the moment. I just had my initial consultation with my IVF clinic after having all my scans and tests done. I have a low amh of 5.07 with 9 antral follicles showing on my scan. 3 on my left ovary and the rest on my right. The right ovary looks like my strongest option

Hello all Having a very emotional, up and down morning and hoped some of you might be able to help? I had egg collection yesterday- I have low AMH and had only 2 decent sized follicles. I'd been warned that this could be the end of the line in terms of my eggs and was prepared for the worst. So I was

Hi fertile ladies and virile gens, So I have my IVF assessment next week, finally, but I'm not sure what to expect. What did the nurse do on your app (for you and your partner)? I already had several fertility appointments to check what's the problem, amh, surgery, etc. So this appointment with the

Argh. Not responding to menopur.
Hi all, So, 1st ever cycle of IVF - just had bloods done on d5 of stims (150iu of Menopur) and they've said it looks like I'm not responding to the drugs. This journey has definitely taught me to lower my expectations, so I have been expecting this to fail and for it to be a learning curve for future

Help needed, which consultant would you suggest at crgh for a 40 year old, poor responder and low amh?
Hi All, Ive made the decision to go with crgh. Now i have to choose the most appropriate consultant doctor. Would love to hear from anyone who went to crgh for ivf (own eggs), especially if 40 or over and low amh. Please help me by sharing your experiences. Many thanks in advance for responses x

AMH levels
My wife had her AMH results back today and they have dropped from 24 from last year to 20.6, they still seem like a good number so feeling positive. Anyone else had similar AMH levels and what was your outcome? Last year she was taking: -200iu gonal f. -fryemadel 0.25 with lead follicle -busereline

Here we go again... Trying for sibling
So after much contemplation we’ve decided to try to give our daughter a sibling. I know one day she’ll ask me for a little brother or sister, so I wanted to be able to look her in the eye and say we tried. I found IVF so emotionally hard the last time that I wasn’t sure I could do it again, but I’d do
