Very happy with results, PSA undetectable and other blood values good, too. No medication since orchiectomy in 02/2024. Still exercising daily and continuing with plant based diet plus some fish. For more details pls see bio.

Bravo Nusch! Since 2017 I believe? And okay the plant-based diet - you've probably heard this here before, but there is no good research that supports that it's in any way helpful.
Congratulations, very happy for you! And yes to plant based diet, it has most absolutely been proven to help with many American health issue's, heart issues, blood pressure issue's, blood sugar issue's, weight control, I dont care if it doesnt have "studies" that conclusively show benefit for Prostate Cancer, its proven health benefits to your body well-being alone make it the diet for me, with fish. Each patient needs to decide what is best for thier own situation, but I have never felt better than after starting my plant based diet, supplemented with fish.
God Bless you, and continued success in battling this monster!
Most definitely. My wife and I have been on a plant based for almost three years which has completely dispensed with her cardio issues, with no medications in use. We started the diet due to advice from her cardio doctor. I believe it is also helping me overall with my PCa. We will see if any positive effects now that I am now off PCa treatments (presently 2 months off) and doing watchful waiting. Firm believers in it here.
Agree, in general cancers thrive in acidic environments i.e. animal protein diet, thus alkaline induced environments i.e. plant based diets usually better. Caveat all plant based proteins not equal eg. peanut is usually pro inflammation. A good test to determine beneficial foods is "FreshStart"
