TSH increase
I recently had blood tests due to feeling really fatigued especially after exercising. I’ve been on levo for 13 years for Hashimoto’s. Levels have been up and down. Last test was 0.75 and I felt fine. That was 9 months ago. Most recent test it was 7.16! No wonder I feel bad. All vits tested on the low

Root cause of autoimmune B12 def
Hello- I was just diagnosed with PA and was prescribed injections (cyanocobalamin unfortunately). This was from a hematology referral for low white blood cells. That turned out to be ok, but the doc noticed my B12 was "low" at 310. I was already supplementing B12 so she just said keep doing that.

After 3 years of researching I was able to obtain pharmaceutical grade adenosylcobalamin to. I choose not to share my source due to risk to myself and my source. Unfortunate but the reality. I considered if I wanted to post at all about it and went with I would want to know. I injected 1mg/1ml of

I have just received an email from my GP who has arranged for a F2F appointment to see me beginning January to discuss me starting to take Prolia. My last Dexascan in 2021 did show that I have osteoporosis, and I did take Alendronic Acid for the first two years of having Polymyalgia. Since then I have

Post menopause, pernicious anaemia and endometriosis
Diagnosed with endomeriosis over 15 years years ago, had Prostap injections for 6 months, with little success and opted to try Mirena Coil first before hysterectomy. Mirena was a god send for me, it was great at controlling my symptons, I've had 3 mirena coils in total. The first one for a year

PDF of Hopkins or Mayo DA Withdrawal protocol??
Hi, I seem to remember a while back finding a link (here I think, maybe on Reddit?) to a PDF someone had gotten from Hopkins, or one of the other big clinics, detailing their precise protocol and what to "expect" when finally off of a DA in terms of days, etc. Can someone please repost that? I went

daughter and blood test for anaemia
Our daughter, who is 40, has had gut issues since 14 yrs old as NHS didn’t detect helicabactor pylori for more than 2 years (thought she was too young to have it) and eventually gave her huge doses of antibiotics and other junk which affected her gut big time. Eventually got an appt with Dr Sarah Myhill
