Hi there I haven’t used it as such but I have corresponded with the doctor there and he’s a lovely person, I inintally asked for costings and explained I discovered I had p.A about 3/4 years ago and was on s.i but been treated from being a child at school as aneamic ,always on iron tablets..we agreed I would send copies of my recent blood test ,full iron panel etc, and then discuss again after he’d looked at them.

He came back to me immediately having looked at the results and said no I did not need an iron transfusion as my levels were actually quite good.

He was super friendly and I was so grateful to him giving his time to me.

Have a google on the website for more info ,their not cheap and very transparent with costs ,but then what price on our health as they say. Best of luck.

Thank you. I’m having a video call with him probably next week. I’ve already spoken to him and he seems knowledgable and practical.

Helpful post. Good to find out such professionals exist. From what I have read there are some exceptional professionals trying to understand B12 deficiency. I have not had any personal interaction with them.

I had a video consultation with that doctor few weeks ago and he confirmed that I needed an iron infusion. I would recommend them too. My only regret is not seeing him months and months ago.

Thank you . I’ve only heard good things and I’m looking forward to my consultation . I’m not sure about the reaction from my GP but hopefully won’t be a problem.

I seemed to get a positive reaction from my GP but the specialist's letter didn't sway the NHS clinic where I went for an infusion because they refused me.
