Recent blood test – Why do I feel so tired?
I've had folate deficiency
anaemia
in the past. For context, diet is healthy (gluten, dairy, egg free, high protein, lots of fruits and vegetables and healthy fats, low sugar, moderate complex carbs).

Recent iron results - not sure what to do now
Hi everyone, I've recently had an iron panel (NHS) after 10 weeks of supplementing with 1 then 2 x Three arrows per day, as well as taking cacao liquid (as recommended here) in the hope of increasing my stubbornly low ferritin. However I'm not sure how to read the results so any advice very welcome

I got my results back for pernicious anemia! Looks like folate deficiency, but would really appreciate any comments
I finally got my blood test results back for pernicious anemia. It looks like I don't have it, and that my problem is folate deficiency. And low reticulocyte count which would be caused by low folate I suppose. My other results are all in range, though active B12 could maybe be higher I am thinking

Buprenorphine side effects (hot sweats)
I use a low dose of buprenorphine (2x 10mcg/hr weekly patches) to successfully control my RLS. The side effects which cause me concern, in addition to the usual constipation etc., are nausea and hot sweats. I have reduced the nausea to a nearly acceptable level by staggering the patches (they only

Too much b12 please help?
Hi everyone, I'm reaching out for some guidance and advice. I've recently experienced tingling and muscle aches and neck and leg tingling , and I'm concerned it might be due to having too much B12 in my system. I had a blood test three weeks after my last B12 injection, and the results showed levels

Increase injections?
I currently self inject once a week - I started about 3 months ago as I was having lots of pins and needles and burning in my hands, arms and feet. GP agreed to 10 weekly injections and I’ve continued with those without mentioning the self injecting. I always had a really strong reaction one or two days

Vitamin usage question
I am working on getting my vitamin levels in a better range. But, what happens when I hit that range? Do I continue with the same higher strength vitamins or do I need to find a different one for maintenance? Also, how often do I test Folate, vit d and b? I am taking very low iron and plan to test

B complex includes b12
I have been doing SI EOD Hydroxocobalamin for 8 weeks now, with cofactors. I have just seen a nutritionist to see if I can get my gut back to optimum health. She has recommended a few supplements that she think will help, one of which is a B complex, which includes folate, and also some Methylcobalamin

Latest results concerning?
I completed O/V 19 months ago and have been uMRD. I just received my latest lab results. The blood counts are on a downward spiral: Absolute neuts 1.14, RBC 3.13, Hematocrit 29.3, Hemoglobin 9.5. WBC 2.5 Platelets are always low , 105. I've contacted my CLL specialist's PA. What do these

And breathe …..
On a blood test from my GP 3 weeks ago the results showed blasts, where previously I hadn’t had any. Obviously this caused me a great deal of worry. I had blood taken on Tuesday and spoke to haematologist this afternoon. He said he’d looked at the blood film on both tests himself and couldn’t see anything

Probably nearing treatment -some questions
My haematologist has sent a letter to my GP that she will be asking me to meet with her in several weeks time "with a view to starting treatment given the evidence of cutaneous progression." I missed my last appointment with her because she was ill, so had a phone appointment with another of the consultants

B12 & Folic Acid and Anxiety
I have suffered with anxiety and panic for a long time but since my loading doses of hydroxocobalamin and folic acid my anxiety and panic are unbearable. I just wondered if anyone experienced this and then started feeling better? I'm nervous to inject further and wondered if I'd be better waiting 2-3

B12 how much and how often
I’ve been struggling with PA for 2 and 1/2 years. No one would listen. Finally from Israel I was advised to get the Intrinsic Factor Antibody Blood Test and the Parietal Cell Antibody Blood Test. Pernicious Anemia. I have to take a shot of Methylcobalamin daily. The Israelis recommend taking a shot

Does anyone have a weak heart and fast heartbeat, physical anxiety feeling, as their main low b12 symptom?
I sometimes get a feeling of weak heart and uncomfortable chest, too fast heartbeat, and a feeling like physical anxiety in my stomach/heart while mentally feeling completely calm so it's definitely a physically caused thing. My heart area feels uncomfortable and it makes sleep very difficult. I also
