Amlodipine /tinnitus
i have been on amlodipine 5 mg for a year for blood pressure, since then i seem to have developed tinnitus, my question is could it be linked to my prescription? or is just a case of getting old and the two are not linked at all, has anyone else experienced this? would it be worth stopping my amlodipine

Atorvastatin
Ive found that taken at night my dose causes morning headaches which are not alchol related!! Taken in the morning with other meds causes no adverse effects, well at least nothing noticable. I also take steroids & inhaler for copd and Amlodipine for raised BP along with Omeprazole for gut protection

Fatigue and lethargy
I’m stage 4 ckd, and I am experiencing fatigue and lethargy on a daily basis. I find that I have very little energy, and I can barely accomplish anything beyond a couple of small tasks. I also have stage 3 non-alcoholic liver disease, and had open heart surgery in 2019. However, my recent echo gram

First time Ruxolitinib and what to make note of, from Vietnam - a case of interest/study
I am writing on behalf of my mother who was diagnosed with PV back in 2002. The symptoms started with her in 2001 but it took over 1 year for my mother to get to the right hospital, a specialized Hematologic hospital of the Ho Chi Minh City and she was put on HU since then, until recently, as a BMB showed

Losartan and Amlodipine
I've been on Losartan 25mg for a few years with no ill effects whatsoever. Recently doctor upped this to 50mg .This had little effect on my readings but came with a fuzzy head/ dizziness. Back down to 25mg along with 5mg Amlodipine but I still have the fuzzy head/ dizziness. BP readings are fine now.

Hypertension and Amlodipine
Hi, community. I have a (new) diagnosis of hypertension, which means yet another tablet to add to my cocktail. The proposed first line treatment, apparently, is Amlodipine. However, I am wary of this drug, in case it worsens my Erythromelalgia, which is pretty bad anyway, and getting worse all by

weight gain, dizziness and poor sleep
I have microvascular heart disease and take Ranolazine, Monomil, Bisoprolol, Amlodipine and Atorvastatin. Despite Ranolazine being increased to 1500 mg daily I am still very breathless with little exertion. I am dizzy if I bend or move quickly, Sleep, or lack of it, is awful and I am gathering weight

Bp and heart rate
Just did my Bp and heart rate, 110/59 bp 47 hr. I think this is low. Diagnosed with Af couple of months ago and put on 1.25mg Bisoprolol with anti coagulants. Been on Amlodipine for several years as well. Doctor seemed happy enough with my last round of tests, but I think results are lowish. Any opinions

Recovery from AV Fistula Surgery
Day 3 of Recovery from the AV Fistula Surgery You don’t know what you have until it is gone. Only having one arm is a real challenge. The next day, the block that was put in was still there, but much less. I had tingles in my hand and I could bend it and pickup things, if they were light. It is amazing

Doxazosin
I’m currently on Amlodipine and Ramipril for high blood pressure. I then lost my father and didn’t want to know about what other medications I could try. He wants me to try Doxazosin The prescription is waiting for me at the pharmacy and I am just wondering if it did work for someone? I am not nervous

LISINOPRIL AND AFIB
Hello all, are there any on this forum taking lisinopril for high blood pressure? I just came across this today and it could explain why I and maybe others have more afib episodes than we should; 1. Caution: High blood pressure/heart disease meds and potassium-rich foods like bananas, potatoes and licorice
