The resulting flare was pretty immediate and incredibly painful, treated with

recently but i cant remember if i had the night sweats just before this, i suspect i did. Any advice would be great because its really effecting my sleep (not to mention making my feel gross). Xx

Is leg weakness another symptom of fm
was diagnosed with fm about 8 years ago, I was prescribed
amitriptyline
and left to it, I have had several flare ups, once even hospitalized with severe pains in my head, I ended up going private but was told it's just the fm.

IBS/Bleeding update
Amitriptyline
has been a blessing this time around as it makes the feeling of being ripped open internally much better; I can actually get some sleep and be comfortable in bed.

Change of thyroxine brand. Could it be causing difficulties?
It became so bad this month I have ended up in hospital x2 and have had to start taking Atenolol beta blocker to slow my heart rate and
Amitriptyline
for neurological symptoms. There has never been any sign of infection and a brain scan came back clear. Thank god!

1st Appointment with Vascular Surgery
I also have chronic migraines and take
Amitriptyline
, so both of these medications should help me with these symptoms I think? Attached a photo but doesn’t show up too clearly. I posted here recently when GP first mentioned vasculitis and appreciated all the responses and info provided.

Fibro and menopause symptoms
I'm on
amitriptyline
, pregabalin and naproxen, with co-codamol for bad days, but due to Covid GP won't refer me to pain clinic at the moment. Does anyone else suffer from hot flushes (well, just hot ALL the time actually), but also have painful hands and feet because they're actually ice cold ?

Habituation Woes
My doctor gave me some pills,
Amitriptyline
, which is supposed to kind of stop you hearing it as much and provide pain relief, and I took one but kind of felt like I became more aware of it somehow? I'm sick of it. I just want to live a life.

Endocrinologist referral advice.
Gp feels that the symptoms are not linked to hypothyroidism and diagnosed menstrual migraines, but refuses to investigate further despite the prescribed medication (atenolol and
amitriptyline
) making no difference to my symptoms? Any advice would be most appreciated. Thank you.

She also doubled the dose to 20mg
Amitriptyline
yet it still only helps a small amount. I would be so so grateful if anyone could offer some advice/insight as to what I should do... Thank you so much and Im so happy to have found this community
