Vomiting after taking medication
I had to take my usual dose of MST &
amitriptyline
. About 35 minutes later I vomited... a lot. I'm feeling a bit better now that I've been sick. However, I am really really worried that I've thrown up my pain killers. With it being MST, I'm guessing it doesn't dissolve straight away.

Anyone using Oxycodone?
I've had severe RLS for years, but I also have Ankylosing Spondylitis so I'm on Tremadol for the pain (can't take anti inflammatories due to stomach problems) the doctors have tried me on lyrica,
amitriptyline
and ropinirole most recently.

SSRI's for slow transit constipation
I was prescribed
amitriptyline
when the doctors thought it was standard ibs c but now I've had my diagnosis of slow transit I don't think
amitriptyline
is the correct one to go on, which is a shame because I know it is the best for stomach pain, but I understand that the ssri is better for constipation

Amitriptyline for pain relief
Gp wants me to try low dose
amitriptyline
see if that helps. Just want to know if anyone else has tried it, did it help? Worried about side effects, but will give it a go if it stops the pain 🤞🏼

Does Burning Mouth ever go away on its own?
There is no cure, and drugs like
Amitriptyline
are prescribed. If you have it I would like to know if it ever goes away on its own. Symptoms include throbbing in center of mouth without any dental anomaly found. in my case the throbbing is about 5 or 6 Hz.

Still unwell today but more cheerful !
My GP did try me off it and replaced it with
Amitriptyline
(10mg). However this gave me unwanted side effects (Diahrrea). Although it did warn some users may experience this the worse thing of all was that it warned against its use for those who have a range of heart irregularities.

pain from leg ulcer
Also was give
amitriptyline
but one 10 mg dose at bedtime knocked me out for 24 hours. I am going for dressing tomorrow and have asked for GP to see me at same time so I can discuss medication. I can either sleep in a chair or hang my leg out of my bed for relief.
