Health anxiety has consumed me! I want my life back.
It is a relief to see I am not the only one dealing with this! Scared is an understatement. About a year ago I had a bad anxiety/panic attack and since then have been consumed with the feeling of dread. I have a daughter and another on the way and all I can think about is dying before they grow up. I

Chest pain is getting worse!!!
I'm so scared, I've been having palpitations off and on for a few months now but I'm really scared because my heart is beating so fast and hard like its coming thru my chest. I hope its palpitations and not a heart attack. Anybody else ever went thru this??? This is freaking me out. I feel like I can

TACE Treatment.
Hi, does anyone know the waiting time for TACE treatment? It's been decided that this method will be used for my husband's HCC. Thanks.

Scared of having heart attack
I'm at a loss of what to do... I'm constantly worrying lately that I'll have a heart attack at some point (even now thinking I'll jinx myself saying it), I've had 3 ECGs from June last year and the end of Nov was my last one. All fine, but I tell myself they're only for detecting past problems, not

Advice or words of wisdom
So I’ve had a rough couple of weeks my husband went into afib for no reason and had been dealing with symptoms off and on for a week 1/2 now. My health anxiety is mostly related to me having a heart attack or feeling chest pains. But I’ve been doing good staying strong for him but now that he seems good

Chest pain
Left sided chest pain. I don’t normally get chest pains, I pretty much get the rest of the symptoms of anxiety but chest pains no. Should I be worried 😦? I also have the flu and I feel like crap 💩.

My guardian angel
Hi everyone I haven’t posted on here before but I have been reading your stories and absorbing a good deal of information regarding COPD and various related problems. My story is quite a long one and I’m not sure that it will be acceptable as it may be too long so I hope I don’t bore you all too much

Nightmares
I must say when I look back over these last seven months I can definitely see an improvement in how well I deal with my health anxiety. And I noticed a major improvement in how I felt recently though, on New Year’s Eve I decided to go out and have a few drinks with friends and I did end up drunk. That
