So I was walking had a bit of chest pain which wasn't bother editions about much and then I was like near my house so I quickly started running to my house literally ran for about 20 seconds got there and then my pains where worse and felt like a heart attack lasted about 20 mins I was so anxious and now they went I don't get how anxiety could do this???? I'm such a calm person and I'm only 19 😣😣I was so temptied to call an ambuLance but they have gone now what I always notice when I have chest pain tho is my heart rate and pulse is normal every single time
