now looking at trying clomid
Hi everyone just a bit of an update and in need of some positive support. After finding out that I won't be seen for ivf treatment for at least another year it occurred to me that i should try clomid another treatment. I have felt like we have just been plonked on the ivf list and thats our only option

Did clomid affect your cycle?
Hey everybody! So this was my first cycle trying clomid. Been quietly going stir crazy in my 2ww😥 currently on day 27 of my cycle and zero sign of my period. My cycles are usually 26 or 27 days long. I did a test today and it was a BFN. Just wondering if perhaps my cycle length might have been impacted

Endometriosis and ovulation
Hi, Just wondering if anyone knows. I have pcos and endo. I don't ovulate naturally. Is there any chance that this could be linked to endo? I thought it was because of the pcos. Could it possibly mean we could try naturally if the endo is treated? Hope that makes sense. I had Clomid to make me ovulate

Clomid - What is it doing to my body and side effects?
Hi all I'm On my second month of taking Clomid and I have a few questions that I'd rather get from a knowledgeable source (you lovely people) rather than the wilds of Google. This is mainly because I've not been feeling well recently and I'm trying to figure out if it's the tablets or something else

Anger - Let Down by NHS
I am 31 years old. Been back and forth to the doctors and even consultant gynae for many years now. Have always experienced hellish periods and bowel/bladder pain. This was all from my teens. I started trying to conceive 2-3 years ago and was referred to a fertility specialist. We tried Clomid for 6

I'm new here
I am 35 and have a 7 year old son. My husband and I have been trying for a second child for 4 years and have had no luck. I became pregnant within 3 months of us trying for our first, so am really struggling. I have a c-section and infection having my son, but I have had every blood and hormone test

Post surgery fertility blues!
So I had my 3rd surgery in July I awoken to find they had to perform a laparotomy, bowel resection and stoma, and stents in kidney tubes. So I'm just about recovered physically I only had this procedure as an attempt to conceive naturally to be told in hospital that it wouldn't be possibly due to scar

Clomid and Zero sperm count
If a man is found to have zero sorry count and a hormone imbalance is it possible for clomid to fix it by normalising the hormones and allowing the body to start producing sperm. TIA

IUI - trigger shot today
Hi, So this is my second cycle of IUI. My first cycle (using clomid tabs from day 3-7 and gonal f injections on days 5, 7 and 9) was abandoned due to over stim. This cycle was without the clomid and my scan this morning showed 2 little follicles on my right ovary and a 19mm follicle on my left. The nurse

Clomid tips and advice
Hey gang! Hope everybody is having a good Tuesday! This time next week I'll be going back to work, it's been a long summer and actually looking forward to it. I started clomid this month, started on day 3 of my cycle, all pills taken and now on day 8. So far I haven't felt any side effects- or is it

PCOD
I was recently diagnosed with PCOD. I did not find this out until my husband and I had been trying to conceive for 6 months and were unsuccessful. My periods were very irregular and occurring only every 3 months as well as other symptoms including excessive chin hair, acne, and a high testosterone level

I am so petrified
So this happened yesterday... I've not posted on here for a while, I decided to try a few months of not really thinking about infertility so had a little break. And generally my mind has been occupied by other things. Until this cropped up. And now I am so so scared. It was totally unexpected and I feel

OHSS update & moving forward
So I took your advice and called the clinic to have another scan after my OHSS symptoms seemed to come back with a vengeance. I had felt much better, but over the last 2 weeks the pain had come back, I was super bloated and finding it difficult to walk. I really crashed on Thursday, just felt so awful

Clomid
Hi, My GP has suggested writing to my gynaecologist or referring me to a fertility specalist and starting me on clomid. I've read a mix of reviews of how this can effect endometriosis. Has anyone else tried this as a fertility option? I'm getting really fed up with being told different things by different
