Hi, I just found this website. I have read a few articles on the site and decided to join. It's nice to see other people with the same issues I face. Anxiety and panic attacks lead me to seasons of agoraphobia, and after years of not wanting to deal with them, I'm getting to the point where I want to get better and maybe get to the root that caused them.
