Vinpocetine BUT MUCH MORE: Are you taking your supplements right?
I'm one of those guys that does not like to be told how to do things. I don't much pay attention to whether a supplement bottle says to take something with food or on an empty stomach. How much of a difference can it make? Turns out, it can make a LOT of difference. VPN is well absorbed from small intestine

Apixaban and subconjunctival haemorrhage.
After taking Apixaban for 6 days (2x5mg, daily) I woke this morning with a subconjunctival haemorrhage in the left eye. Yesterday, the eye had been bloodshot and itchy; I had hoped that it was just conjunctivitis and would clear up. As I had a similar subconjunctival haemorrhage three years ago, two

Cataract operation
10 years ago due to misdiagnosis lost sight in left eye, just had cataract operation on the 10th on my right eye, at present have still blurred vision I was wondering how long it has taken for others in a similar situation, or what I am to expect in the healing process.

Cataract surgery success
Hello everyone! Just popping in to say I had the Pred-induced cataract removed from my right eye last week 👁 and it went really well. Brilliant in fact! 🤩 My distance vision is now as good as it was 40+ years ago when I realised I needed reading glasses, which I still will and I can very happily live
