Diabetes expert Dr Jason Fung recommends acarbose ( Glucobay) for type 2 diabetes but this medicine by Bayer is NOT sold in europe.
If this is sold where you live can you please help me get in contact with a drugstore or any other way you may think, so that I can try it for 1-2 months to see if it helps my type2 diabetes and also loose some weight.

Long time ago, My doctor had prescribed this for me and I tried .. But doc changed medicine to Reclimate. Probably it did not suit me to control my T2d .

Acarbose works by slowing the action of certain chemicals that break down food to release glucose (sugar) into your blood.
