Sertraline Day 13
Last week was horrific with
adrenaline
rushes of sheer panic, which seems to have subsided. Still feeling anxious as hell, overthinking how I’m feeling all the time, intrusive distressive thoughts which I had before taking the meds. I’m on 50mg. I am sleeping better.

Vagal AF, kind of. & metabolic acidosis connection
A proper dose of
adrenaline
, or just jumping around helps: check. ECG in high
adrenaline
hospital setting normal: check. Male: ehm.. nope. Endurance athlete.. well, hear me out. The odd thing is though: I can't say I actually notice an irregular heartbeat.

Thursday leg stretch to the castle
yep running down hill is hard, it's tempting to simply let go, but I'm mindful that this body ain't the youngest so I'll take it just nice and steady, I always feel clunky running down gradients especially on tarmac trail shoes probably not helping as the cushioning is much less than either my brooks

Any Advice. Terrible fatigue and cold.
The day before lockdown I was discharged from rheumatology and put with endocrinology as I have
adrenaline
dependency. I am taking five or 6 mg of prednisolone which I have done for 10 years. But the fatigue is absolutely awful.

Free ebook of 300 pages:"Parkinson's here and now. 27 years searching for a cure for Parkinson's disease (1994-2021)."
This coming Monday (if everything goes as planned) I will publish on my blog "Parkinson's here and now" the link to a free book of about 250-300 pages and in printable pdf format, which collects the most interesting of the book I published in 2015 (now translated into English) as a tribute to my father

My Propranolol Nightmare
My symptoms are feeling light-headed permanently, weakness, feeling strange (like there’s no
adrenaline
), dizziness, sometimes confusion. As I said, my ECG’s show ‘sinus bradycardia’ with incomplete bundle branch block.

10k to Half Marathon training: Week 2 Run 1
I reached 5K pretty easily and felt an
adrenaline
slump for 2K. Then my excitement peaked again as I knew I was near the end. See you next run!

Two miles into my bicycle exercise, I saw two dogs running and heard the owner calling them. I chased after them on my bike until they went across a yard, but I could see the street they were on and told the owner as he was running while I looped around. He followed as I went though an alley to the

Anyone have anxiety only with exertion?
Has anyone experienced
adrenaline
surges, hyperventilating, and tachycardia with very mild exertion, like walking slowly or eating? (Not happening at rest). And if so, have you been told it is anxiety or something else?

Pain when walking has started to come back) Also - have feelings of
adrenaline
rush (and rapid heartbeat) after I go to bed which jolt me awake. Stop me from sleeping for quite a while. Is this over-medication do you think? Thank you! :)

How can I ease my anxiety about this?
Just thinking of it right now to type this is causing my
adrenaline
to rush. After I realized that specific topic was so triggering, I analyzed it further to figure out what exactly was causing my anxiety.

T3 Only making heart race at times
I’ve read as per Dr Lowe that this is quite common and the result of t3 making the heart more sensitive to
adrenaline
. But will this effect subside and how long will it take? Do I hold off raising until it’s gone or is it harmless? I’d love Dr Lowes book but it’s astronomical in price.
