Hi Everyone. I’m on t3 only at 125mcg and doing well in reduction of brain fog but still need to raise. I’m experiencing a relatively fast heart rate on waking and after I eat certain carbs. My heart will be 90-100 waking and then around 56 at that throughout the day. Rising again after I eat bread, potato or oats. I’ve read as per Dr Lowe that this is quite common and the result of t3 making the heart more sensitive to adrenaline.
But will this effect subside and how long will it take? Do I hold off raising until it’s gone or is it harmless?
I’d love Dr Lowes book but it’s astronomical in price.
Thank you 😊

No, definitely not I’m still constipated with brain fog. My symptoms reduce each time I raise. I realise my dose is high but it appears to be what my body needs and my vitals are relatively low. I’m going slow but may need to go slower. Just wish I could get dr lowes book, I’m working with a dr and doing my own reading so I know I’m not over medicated. My hr is not high at resting or most of the day so it’s not continuous.
