Does anyone have experience with alcoholism in the family?
My dad who is the sweetest man in the world, always friendly and helpful suffers from an alcohol
addiction
(since he was 16) and was recently diagnosed with severe depression. I am the only daughter and I live about an hour away. It’s really hard for me.

Post vasectomy pain syndrome
I'm now on morphine patch due to
addiction
to codeine. I'm now hoping to have the local anaesthetic in target area. It has pretty much ruined my relationship with my wife as my mental health has deteriorated and she doesn't trust me anymore due to after taking my own pain meds I would steal hers.

Pure OCD
Finally my brother who got aware of my
addiction
helped me recover and directed me to a psychologist and psychiatrist where finally in my 30’s I was diagnosed with pure ocd. Meds helped a lot but not fully. You can relapse any time like I did now.

OCD is just another addiction. Part II:
All humans need to feel good, when it doesn't come naturally by ourselves, we give this power over us to either a certain external factor, person, behavior (Compulsions), or drug, to do it for us, for the reward of relaxation, feeling good with ourselves and about ourselves. Obsessions/Intrusive thoughts

Phase 1 of harpoon trial At OHSU. Two weeks of the worst part behind me.
My first inpatient infusion is on the 8th of sept, my experience was interesting to say the least, my first infusion was like, what I could only imagine Detoxing from a heroin
addiction
. For about 10 to 15 hours and then it subsided and I was back to about 90%.

Feel even more undermedicated after taking T3
This morning I took 6.25mcg of T3 in
addiction
to my usual Metavive dose. I now feel worse than I did before. My eyesight is very blurry, I have more brain fog and I have no energy at all. I just wondered if anyone could offer advise on this please.

Sugar addiction?
Is sugar an
addiction
, a problem? People keep telling me just eat healthier foods and pay attention to when your hungry. I’m just so frustrated hearing that over and over because unfortunately that doesn’t help me.

Help with neural pain, and Morphine addiction.
Hi there, I two problems really. The first, I got infected with the Chicken Pox virus, which infected almost half of my brain.
