Is it possible to make rls worse or no effect on it? I know it does not do much for rls but maybe i can relax the muscles a bit and help with sleep. Only want to take it 1 a week becuase of addiction.

temazepam
Temazepam as far as i know will not make RLS worse, i know my brother used it for years. Its to help with sleep, but he also took meds for his RLS at the same time.
I find benzodiazepines (Diazepam, Temazepam, etc) are useless for RLS and if you have bad RLS you could well find yourself awake because of pain/sensations and groggy because of the Temazepam.
If the RLS symptoms aren't too bad it may help you over to sleep. Remember that regular use of sleeping drugs tends to wear out their efficacy very quickly, within days.
I was given it at 34 weeks pregnant because I was getting no sleep with RLS & obstetrician thought it was better for the baby for me to get sleep.
Complete disaster! Didn’t stop the RLS and I was woken constantly with RLS but couldn’t move without falling over because the temazapam made me so dizzy & drowsy.
I’d say be very cautious.
Yeah, that sounds about right for benzo use. Like you said though it is safe enough in pregnancy so if it got a woman to sleep that would be great but not if it has you awake and staggering which I imagine would happen with RLS sufferers.
