Child with Chronic Pain
,
acupuncture
(amazing), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (with a focus on management of chronic pain) (helpful), desensitisation (scary, but maybe the key?), osteopathy (good for underlying issue)- we are finally getting there - Last week the allodynia just switched itself off - amazing!

My

doc told me about Forks over knives a few years ago, as well as Dean Ornish. Bottom line - the Forks over Knives show I watched was amazing. I think it should be mandatory viewing for all school kids.

Today was my appointment. I felt nervous and not knowing what to expect. The doctor was warm, calm and understanding. During my consultation, she made me feel at ease. I had a small attack she helped calm me. After she put the needles, I didn’t feel anything. After a few minutes, i felt like my lower

What did you do different for IVF round 2?
I already did
acupuncture
for 3 months prior, eating relatively healthy and cut out alcohol for a full month before treatment started and took folic acid, vit d and omega 3. Any tips for what to do differently for 2nd round? Thank you!

I was In agony after
acupuncture
, tried a chiropractor who said it was a pulled muscle, waste of money for me. Reiki is always nice but what did it do for me I am not sure. Tramadol & genpain helped at first. Hydrotherapy helps Best to try and see

Thanks everyone for the support yesterday, I had a complete meltdown convinced this cycle hasn’t worked and found myself frantically googling symptoms while searching for clinics to go to for the next cycle 🙈 I got some
acupuncture
treatment and that really helped to relax me and I slept last night

Acupuncture
I have now tried
acupuncture
, have had just 2 sessions and it seems to have worked so far as I have managed to sleep really well & no shaking for over a month ? Maybe worth trying ? I am basically self medicating as I am discharged from the consultant now .

Has anyone used
acupuncture
for anxiety or depression & it help? After how many treatments did you start to see positive results? I’ve gone 3 times so far and all I’ve seen are negative, more anxious results :(

B12 levels and pregnancy
As always no help so I am currently having
acupuncture
and trying various things to extent it and now averaging 11 days. I have read links with low b12 and infertility and not sure how the low b12 is affecting things??

A quick question - has anyone tried
acupuncture
for AF? And if so how successful was it? My reason for asking is because my chemo has been out on hold due to my AF and I'm keen to get on with the chemo asap. Tim

I have realised that my husband`s health insurance will pay for me to have some
