Any one awake out there?
I’ve tried just about everything except
acupuncture
which I was thinking of trying but have read the experiences of people on the forum and the overlying conclusion is it doesn’t work. I am getting depressed about this as I am trying to prepare to move at 75 and am doing it alone.

Day after egg collection
Hi everyone Coming on here like I always do when I need a bit of a lift...egg collection was yesterday and they retrieved 11 eggs. Got a call this morning to say 3 out of the 11 fertilised and they are looking at a day 3 transfer with a possibility of day 5 transfer. I was just speaking to my acupuncturist

Scapular dyskinesis post bypass
Apparently it's quite common after chest surgery and I have been prescribed physio and
acupuncture
. Has anyone here had this issue and how long did it take to resolve?

Burning pain
Obviously we all then went into “lockdown “, between April & July the pain got worse & worse, I saw my husbands chiropractor who tried exercises, electro therapy &
acupuncture
, none of which worked, by now the pain in my left elbow & hamstring was worse than ever, the chiropractor suggested an X-ray

Not feeling great ..
I’ve done everything I can to get myself into a good and healthy mindset - yoga, pilates, healthy eating, lots of walking, lots of me time, meditation, reflexology,
acupuncture
etc. (Really, I’ll try anything!)

My Thyroid Story Part II
And the
acupuncture
was soothing. But, he started each appointment with the asking the same apparently inane questions such as: how many pillows do you sleep with? I still can’t see the point of that.

How much iron supplement to take?
What about
acupuncture
? What also puzzles me is how every once in a while i'll sleep like a ROCK. I will then try to figure out if it was something that I did during the day.

Acupuncture or Reflexology for IVF?
I've been meditating for a while and have heard/read that
acupuncture
and reflexology can also help. The thing is I'm not sure I can afford both depending on how regularly I'd need to have them.

How much Vitamin D do you take?
Hi All, I was worried Vitamin D deficiency could have been causing my miscarriages so i bought some to take in addition to my prenatal as a precaution. The acupuncturist said to buy/take 5000 IU per day which seemed high but I bought Solgar 4000 IU tablets. I then worried it might be too high and

Hello :)
Acupuncture
, CBD oil, diet, meditation, journaling. Does anyone have any tips on how to stop an attack in its tracks. I'll have a few good days then I will have anxiousness without reason. I'm praying this gets better.

Suggestions please
This is super hard to deal with and the only thing that helps is a
acupuncture
because it forces my body to calm down. But my insurance doesn't cover accupuncute!

My tinnitus journey continues
I tried everything,
acupuncture
, supplements, hypnotherapy, diet changes and nothing worked. This went on for months and months. The main problem was sleep as I was getting about 2 hours a night, every time I laid down to relax I experienced terrible anxiety which made me sit bolt upright in bed.
