Its my first cycle of IVF, its a long cycle. I am really stressed, i cant seem to find an acupuncturist at the moment, but my normal beautician does massages. I was wondering, is that ok, or are massages, like so many other things, terrible for IVF? Do i just need to ask them to not touch my stomach, are there any points i should be avoiding them completely?
Am just trying to think of healthy, sensible ways to destress even a little bit, which is safe.

This method of influencing the body and mind was also used by the ancestors of modern man. The effectiveness of the method has been proven many times. The main thing is to find a good master. A massage session, especially with a professional, is not just about hand movements. Often during the massage, a real session of psychotherapy is held. The psychological atmosphere that is established during massage sessions often makes a person turn to this specialist again and again. There are even statements about the formation of dependence on massage. I have so happened with the anma114.vip and I really like the effect. My body feels better and better after each massage.
