I've avoided being on here for awhile. I've had one failed cycle and a recent chemical pregnancy. I'm about to start another FET (I've no exact dates yet).
I'm just wondering what I can do differently. I usually drink pom juice, eat and avocados. I'm also trying to lose weight it's crept on since Christmas and I'm slowly losing it but I'm struggling with the gym not being open. Is there anything else you lovely ladies can suggest?
I'm looking at acupuncture as well. I work in critical care and recently there has been a number of ladies having miscarriages, I genuinely think that we aren't taking good care of ourselves.
Is there anything you've tried that's made a difference?
Looking forward to your suggestions

Hi Kim, sorry to hear about your losses. I take raspberry leaf tablets and vitamin E up to transfer day to help thicken the lining, then do gentle yoga, eat warm food and try not to google every single symptom..
I think ultimately it has to be a normal embryo and the timing has to be right!
thank you Millbanks, absolutely with good embryo I have two left from this cycle 🤞
I had abdominal surgery when I was 17 and it's left scaring and caused polycystic ovary. My lining at times is a bit hit and miss. Where do you get your vitamin E from?
Good luck! I’m now prepping for a FET, and I think this is all stuff that’s been covered, but I’ve been told: raspberry leaf tea, pomegranate juice, plenty of protein, zinc and nuts - and gentle yoga to get the blood flow going and help relax . So I’m trying all of those!
