Acupuncture Bristol
Hi all, Do you have any recommendation for an
acupuncture
practitioner in Bristol? I already know the one on Alma Road but that was for another heatlh purpose so I would appreciate any feedback you have on whether they are good for IVF matters, or if you have any other recommendation?

Acupressure for AF
I've been having some good results recently at calming bouts of AF using acupressure on the nei guan/PC6
acupuncture
point. Doesn't work every time, but it works often enough to convince me to keep using it every day as a preventative measure.

Acupuncture times around Embryo Transfer?
Hi Ladies, Does anyone have advice on the timings I should have my
acupuncture
around transfer day? I was thinking the day before transfer and the day of transfer? It’s so hard to predict and book in advance as you never know if you’ll have a 5 day blastocyst 🥹.

Auricular acupuncture to stimulate the vagus nerve.
and occasionally we do auricular
acupuncture
(ie the placement of little needles on key locations on the ear, where they stay for 2-3 weeks) so I asked her to place the needles in the locations linked to the vagal nerve .

Has anyone tried
acupuncture
to lessen their strong reactivity to propylene glycol? We all know hope hard it is to 100% avoid PG no matter how diligent you are. Wondering if
acupuncture
could lessen the reactivity for times of accidental or unknowing exposure.

OTD…. Negative I feel so hopeless
I threw everything in to it, lifestyle change, supplements,
acupuncture
but no..still not good enough it’s negative. I feel like such a failure! 😣 I’m starting to believe that being a mum isn’t in my destiny. I’m finding it hard to look forward I feel so defeated..

RLS in legs and arms
Tried
Acupuncture
, Homeopathic, Naturopathid remedies. All seemed to work for awhile then not. Yoga helps as does walking at night when I cannot sleep because of the RLS. Only get a few hours of broken sleep a night. It is very difficult.

Low Dose Naltrexone
Also i want to try
Acupuncture
as well , i heard it is good for helping anxiety & depression. I just want to get off this Venlafaxine because it is so tempremental, it poops out to often and side effects are a horror even after 3 years. Nothing else seems to work for me.
