Hello and Welcome. I am glad you are adding this to your tools. It has helped me so much to connect with people who understand. It wis wonderful that you have hope.

One of the things that helped me the most with anxiety/panic was learning that it is a paradox and the more we struggle, fight or deny it the more it persists. Sometimes anxiety can be a messenger trying to get you to slow down or change something going on in your life. The other helpful thing is learning to not believe your anxious thoughts and let them flow in and out without attaching to them. Practicing simple mindful meditation can help with that. I found the DARE Anxiety book and youtube videos helpful in providing a simple practical approach to dealing with anxiety/panic. You may also find medication helpful at least temporarily.

I do hypnotherapy for 30 mins each day. These are recordings from sessions I had 3 years ago. I listen to them on headphones and it helps me chill. Very helpful. The therapy was done for my anxiety and depression.

That is great for your mind and body and a way to make friends with your anxiety.

It is true Tommy in that hypnotherapy is not cheap and for me not covered

by insurance. But it was so well worth the benefits I got out of it and still

use that learning today. :) xx

I always wanted to try hypnotherapy, emsr therapy and acupuncture. Of course my insurance doesn't cover it. Maybe I'll try it some day. At the very least it could help with my flat feet 😂

I use Dare: a new way to end anxiety and stop panic attacks by Barry McDonagh and his app.

hypnotherapy is not cheap. I would check around your area and see if maybe you can find an acupuncturist and call them and see if they will work with you...I figure all they can do is say no, right?

Tommy, acupuncture was also another win for me but not covered by my insurance.

It was well worth ridding myself of the daily headaches as well as finding peace

within me. :) xx
