Bio-identical hormone replacement practitioner recommendations please
I’ve just read the chapter on female hormone replacement in one of Paul Robinson’s book and decided I’m long overdue some help. I’ve been using natural progesterone for a long time with some success but the time has come to fine-tune. A blood test would be useful in ascertaining my status but I wouldn

Struggling with migraines
Hi all, I got diagnosed with fibromyalgia last Friday and started on Gapabapentin 100mg 3 x daily on Saturday, slowly to be increased. My question is hold do you deal with the brain fog! I suffer with migraines anyway but I'm struggling with a constant migraine because of these pills. Because I can't

Accord Levo, Supply Issues.
Hi Has anyone else experienced any recent issues getting hold of Accord Levo? On Friday my normally excellent independent pharmacy couldn't supply me with any Accord Levo 50mcg. I have this as a named brand due to allergies. I got the script back as they didn't have my HRT in either 😪 and went elsewhere

Help please with female hormones after intro of T3 and gel to patches
Hello I know this isn’t directly thyroid related but I needed a bit of help/ advice with recent sex hormone results. I started on T3 approximately 8 weeks ago and still adjusting dosing with guidance from an Endo. 5 weeks ago, I changed from 3 pumps of estrogel to 100mcg patches as I felt I wanted

HCG doing weird things - help?!
Looking for some advice, or to see if anyone has had a similar experience. Absolutely going out of my mind here 😔 We had a 5 day transfer from ICSI on the 28th March (so 3 weeks ago). I got a positive at 9dpt, but started bleeding and cramping the same day. Clinic increased my progesterone, and told

And this, for goodness sake, was published in 2012. Why no strong followup?
This 2012 study is actually a very stimulating and forward looking paper on the value of combination treatment. What happened? Why was it ignored? The respected club actually did have doubts but they seem quickly smothered.

Hi, I'm 12 days post surgery and physically recovering well. The hrt patches are working as to I'm not having hot flushes but don't feel right. Does this mean I need different ones or is it still early days. Any advice would be gratefully recieved xx

Post SRT Testosterone Help
Just had another round of blood tests. First, and most importantly, PSA dropped to 0.02 (Ulta Lab test lowest limit, but not >0.02) from 0.06 at 6-month post-SRT. Am now at 10-month post-SRT and will have UC lab test again at 12 months. However, here are hormone related results. First number is from

Apologies in advance for the long post but I’m feeling very unsettled. I am nearly 6 weeks post lap which included removal of ovaries and tubes. My consultant came to see me whilst I was still in recovery to tell me that he had found my ovaries were completely stuck to my pelvic area by endo and he

Does the dose of T4 and T3 sound too high
Hi everyone I'm currently taking 150 mcg levo, I increased from 100/125 alternate days, started to feel undermedicated, increased to 125 and then upto 150mcg. I suspect that as I've started HRT about 5 months ago, this has had an effect on my thyroid. Ive also started on T3 ( my own desision) to try

Feeling overwhelmed and emotional about my MRI results ❤️
Hi all, I am currently going through lots of mixed emotions at the mo as I finally got my mri results back on Thursday, however I wasn’t expecting to be told that I will need to have two operations! They have told me that I have deep chronic and active pelvic endometriosis and have a large left ovarian

So fed up with hair-loss from Armour
I guess this is part question: part post. Firstly, I’m SO incredibly fed up with the extreme hairloss from Armour. I know it’s from the Armour because, 1- hairloss is one of the main side effects of the Med. 2: the hair loss started immediately upon starting the medication in October. I have photos
