Hi- it doesn’t hurt a lot just a little sting max and no Odin after. Been on this 12 months - second time around on it for endo/Adenomyosis. You may feel a little tired next few days but nothing major. Your menopause symptoms will kick in. Might be struggling to sleep and hot flushes. Consider HRT - I’m on the Conte patches which are really good, also uo your magnesium abs vitamin D for bones. I take a menopause supplement too. You might have some light bleeding but shouldn’t bleed much at all so no pain!!! 🙌 hope it goes well x

Hi just wondering how your getting on with your zoladex and tibolone ? I had my first injection last Thursday and started tibolone. I have struggled sleeping, so feeling tired, headaches and some bad hot flushes. Pelvic pain isn’t as bad so that is a bonus.
