Has anyone had any issues with there skin whilst on levothyroxine ? I’ve always had good skin, but since taking Levo I seem to have developed acne on my back and face, I’m only assuming at this point, but it seems quite a coincidence as it’s the only change I’ve made over the last year, has anyone else

HBV, HCC (18 months), Sorafenib, now Lung Nodules
My father, 64 years old, diagnosed with HCC 18 months ago and underwent TACE 3 times. HCC was stable and he was doing fine. Since a month, he started coughing regularly and the plain CT yesterday showed multiple nodules in the lungs. But he doesn't have any pain in the chest region. Although plain CT

Macular degeneration in 2nd eye
I have wet macular degeneration in my right eye for the last 3 years and it has just now started in my left unfortunately. Three days ago I received my first Eylea injection in the left eye and since that time the vision has been worse than it was before the shot - has anyone else experienced this?

Acne most of my life :(
I started getting acne when I was about 10 and now 24 my face hasn't been clear since then, I was at the dermatologist in April this year and was told I also had rosacea, but again treatment not working, I've lost all hope as every treatment I've tried has had no impact I feel like I'm going to be like

Contraception?
I was put on yasmin to help with my acne. But after years of use it caused my cervix to bleed. I've had to come off yasmin but now my acne is back with a vengeance. I want to be on another contraceptive to help with my acne but I'm worried it'll damage my cervix more. Any advice/suggestions? TYIA x

To asprin or not to asprin
Iam a 33 year old male and am currently on
ACE
inhibitors
for bp. I used to get random stabbing like pains in heart and I went to doctor and he performed an ECG which said I may have an abnormal T wave and RBB. But he also said it may be a coronary spasm. That was about 2 months ago.

Acne/postules
Hi all I am now on 125mcg Eltroxin which seems to suit me. The only downside is that I never have completely clear skin. Some days I'll have spots/zits anywhere, on my chin, cheeks or nose area. Does anyone have the same problem?

Am being closely monitored by cardio now and have been put on diuretics and

Tirosint users
I have been on a treatment with tirosint and cytomel. I wanted to know if anyone is taking tirosint. I had a wonderful results with the medication. I hope my success with tirosint will help someone else. I know it contains no dyes and acacia, which helps absorption.

Anaesthesia
For those for whom the matter is of any interest, I discovered that the anaesthetic used by Manchester Royal Eye Hospital is proxymetacaine (which they generally seem to just refer to as "proxy"). They do not "stock" tetracaine. I know some people, like me, are keen to know how effective the anaesthetic
