Cystic acne?

Hi, Ive had these for years and they haven’t changed much but there is conflicting information on what it could be?

They look very much like a cyst and can sometimes become infected, which could involve a course of antibiotics or maybe they need to be surgically removed,if they are affecting how you feel regarding your social life this can help you get these removed, I've had several cysts removed and it's a fairly easy process, but a trip to the doctors will reassure your concerns, sometimes skin problems run in the family, so maybe your parents have had skin problems have a chat with them about this, it's difficult to give a definitive answer to your question, and most folk on here have had something similar, but it doesn't always mean that this is the case, so get them checked over by someone in the medical profession, good luck for now, thanks.
