Pregnancy and acne

If by some miracle I get pregnant when I come off the pill, how is the pcos acne managed during pregnancy? Almost all treatments for acne in pcos patients involves hormone manipulation that’s not compatible with pregnancy! Have any of you girls out there been pregnant and presented with bad acne and been offered treatments that work? When I came off the pill last I developed the dreaded acne and oily face about 8-10 months after and i wondered with pregnancy what my acne treatment options would be? Thanks!

Because it’s hormonal it may well improve when your pregnant- it’s very restrictive though as to what can be used as understandably very few test cases with pregnant ladies
