One Year On....🏃♂️
Around this time last year I downloaded the Couch to 5k app as I needed a complete life change. I was suffering with depression and anxiety, overweight, unfit, doing a job I hated, my confidence was non existent and if I am honest I was at my lowest point I had ever been in my life. Bedwetting
My ten year old had never been dry at night since 5 years of age. Over the last year it has improved considerably, not wet every night, though saying that this week he has so far! Usually tends to wet early morning(5-6am) we tried an alarm four years ago(via enuresis clinic) very briefly but he hated

Hi I'm new. I could use some feedback
I was in 3 car
accidents
within the span of a year. None of which were my fault. 27. I married a third time. This one cheated on me and spit in my face. 28. Dad is engaged to a woman he has met twice and lives in the Philippines 29. I started seeing a chiropractor that resurfaced my anxiety 30.

Covid 19 and struggling to wake from sedation without Sat's going wild
Hi my father in law is in icu with covid 19. This is his 30th day in an induced coma. We thought we was going to lose him over the weekend as his trach had started bleeding into his lungs. Thankfully they have stopped the bleed. Everytime they try and wake him from sedation all his SAT's go all over

Slimatee
Hi, has anyone used Slimatee teabags to help with constipation? I know the ingredients include Senna, and I am trying to avoid using laxatives. However, I am suffering with long term constipation due to slow transit constipation plus a 45% prolapse (rectocele) and I am tired of having to eat prunes every

Hi all, I hope you are all keeping safe and sane? Yesterday I received a call from my EP as my face to face appointment was cancelled for obvious reasons. My Mom was in a medically induced coma and on a Ventilator for 4 weeks because of COVID-19.
My Mom has been awake for a few days and off sedation. She responds when I FaceTime her but I know my Mom and she seems confused and sometimes out of it. Is this normal and how long will it take for her to become totally aware again? Im praying this isn't permanent. :(

Co-vid 19 - third week in ICU for Mum
My Mum has been in ICU ventilated, and at some points on dialysis, for 17 days now. She is off antibiotics and medicine for her blood pressure at the moment. Last week she seemed to be making some progress on being weaned from the ventilation and sedation, but the doctors now seems to think they will

Help with Lower Scrotum and Perineum Pain
The only injuries I can think of are 2 minor car
accidents
like the last 35 years, and when I was 12 a girl kicked me there (another story for another day) but I've never had any major injuries.

I am so I proud of myself, I used to smoke 20 a day and hardly ever exercised. I started this journey

Survival of the fittest
And we don't even know how many, because we don't know how many "fatal
accidents
" are actual suicides. I guess this segment of the population doesn't matter much. It's only mental illness. Only the sick and weak are dying. Survival of the fittest. I don't have the answers; no one does.

COVID: doesn't wake up from induced coma
My mom is 55y and has covid. She was put on ventilator since 31th of March. They turned off her sedation on 15th of April and she still didn't wake up. She has her eyes open but that's all. They said her lungs are better, she make dialysis every other day because her kidneys are not working properly

Is your child on 29mg senna too?
Hi, our lb is 6 and it's been along road of constipation and disimpactions for us. His paedeatrician has upped his senna to 20mg as his still has no sensation. We're reducing the cosmacol (macrogol) to balance this but he's soiling multiple times a day. He couldn't go to school even if they were open
