Accidents

Hello, My son has had issues on and off for the past two years, worse at school and rarely accidents at home. He has had maybe 10 dry nights in his lifetime maybe slightly more. Most of the time the issue seems to be that he tries to hold it and then it’s too late and he wets himself.

Furthermore have had a number of pretty bad injuries before through sport and accidents. However this one from the very start has hit me for six. From the outset was terrified about making a full recovery and was convinced I’d end up with permanent damage or pain. Which probably didn’t help.

Beautiful day today, no unplanned accidents like yesterday, no ,nice and quiet. I like life like that and so should YOU. Well, just follow your daily routine, take it easy and look after yourself. Be good and kind, try to ignore the global calamities and think a little of yourself.

Accidents are now contained, however I am increasingly and sadly inclined to stay home a lot. I rely on suppositories at times, and I have Loperamide to take before I go out of my home. I do feel very isolated with my IBS d, and I wonder if that is a shared experience.

I've been on Pred for 5 years for PMR albeit pretty low doses 2/3 mg for a long while. My rheumatologist seems to think the PMR might have burnt out and I possibly have steroid induced myopathy. The aches and stiffness is in similar areas to before. Does anyone have any experience in this?
