Just about to start the programme and have listened to the first few minutes. I'm thinking that I'd rather do this in the privacy of my home! Where does everyone else do their sessions and, if indoors, what props do you use?
Thanks

I'm currently doing it indoors. Feel stupid walking about the house, so am using a somewhat cantankerous treadmill (non electric) for the basic walking.
No railings, bars or bannisters, not even a decent door frame, so am using a broomstick on two chairs with me lying below for the pull-ups.
Did find myself doing the shoulder rolls and (!!!) the chest press/rowing exercises during my cool-down walk after W6R2 of C25K yesterday. Admittedly, it was dusk, no one about and in a wood.
I usually do it outside. I did it inside when we had snow but much prefer outside. I find I work at the exercises more when I'm out and also some like the pull-ups I found hard to replicate the same effort with a door-frame inside.
I find the only embarrassing bit is the warm-up exercises - the ones with your arms - so I try to time that for when I reach the local park and am shielded by a few bushes. Other than that I do see others out exercising and stretching etc after a run so I dont feel I stand out. i like to add on a longer walk.
My other tip for outside is to do it with a friend - its quite fun walking along doing the rowing exercise with someone else!
Greetings - believe me some of us go there without any qualification.
