Still here...plans are out of sync

Hi all

Still not running as I am not 100% my foot can take it, did a run walk on Saturday and realised how much i miss running 😔

But on other activities...i failed to do any yoga, but i have been doing weekly Pilates

Added in some squat and weight lifting but also found my love of the Hula Hoop again :-) feel it in my abs! So much fun and i can do it whilst i watch tv so i'm winning!

I see so many posts on here about the yoga,, going to try and make the time to do it, especially because i want to do it the dark with a candle as suggested by GoGo-JoJo...

Hopefully now i have said it on here i will commit

Hope you enjoy it - I was surprised how much I did. The key is finding something you like, otherwise it's just too hard to motivate yourself. Hula hoop sounds great fun though! Good luck with the yoga 🙂

I must get my hoop out again, I’m completely rubbish at it but I can tell it makes a difference. Well done on all you have been doing. Rfc x

Good old Jo, that candle idea sounds lovely!

Many of the yoga videos are pretty short, only 20 minutes or so! xxx

I'm doing hurt foot yoga and Pilates alison, non-weight bearing while my foot heals. Alternate days. As Abi says the you tube videos are quite short. I'm using Caroline Jordon and Kim Saha ones.
