Hi all
Still not running as I am not 100% my foot can take it, did a run walk on Saturday and realised how much i miss running 😔
But on other activities...i failed to do any yoga, but i have been doing weekly Pilates
Added in some squat and weight lifting but also found my love of the Hula Hoop again feel it in my abs! So much fun and i can do it whilst i watch tv so i'm winning!
I see so many posts on here about the yoga,, going to try and make the time to do it, especially because i want to do it the dark with a candle as suggested by GoGo-JoJo...
Hopefully now i have said it on here i will commit
