I felt still quite exhausted today, somehow my legs are jelly today, and as I mentioned in my run report from this morning, I wonder if I’m coming down with something or maybe I accidentally ate some gluten. I cannot otherwise explain the weakness in my legs that has followed me all day, through household and garden chores (and my “did-too-finish” DTF short run this morning healthunlocked.com/bridgeto... )
So I did not feel like rowing, or like doing anything very energetic with my legs.
So it was a good time to return to one of my favourite workout apps: FitOn, which is free for use, if one does not care for all the nutritional and diet advice that comes with it.
So I looked for a short duration, low intensity arm only workout, and found a great little warm-up routine that was enough for me today. The shortness might even tempt me to put the weights beside my bed and I might see if I feel like doing them first thing in the morning.
Great little workout from Trainer Bree Koegler, who guides you through all different weighted arm repetitions.
It suggests that it will “build up strength in your arms with this quick and effective arm blaster.”
