Thanks CBDB I did these outside again while out to feed the fish in mum’s pond. I’ve got my own set of these cards now so I can continue the challenge after Christmas!
Oh, I did something like this yesterday during Open Gym: The Reformer exercise called "hug" 🤗
I just did this Chest Fly with my trusty 1kg dumbbells - and was surprised how heavy they got toward the end of 12 reps 🤣. It did feel really good on my tight shoulders. They seem just a tad looser now! Maybe I'll repeat this Fly again...
