Thanks CBDB I’m clearly not used to doing that with my arms under tension!😣 I found it quite tough but I did it 💪👍
Yeah, I find we runners don’t usually use our arms that much. I found that my arm strength really improved with rowing and yoga, though. Will see how I get on later on, I tend to do these in the evening. Well done for doing them in the morning.

I've got left behind 😂 so I've just caught up with the last 3 days.I only did 5 of these with my left arm as my shoulder didn't appreciate it, 10 with the right though.
I found this surprisingly challenging, which probably means I need to do it regularly! I did one set with a medium Theraband - in both directions - and then another half with a light Theraband, which is definitely the weight I'll use next time.
