Is anyone up for joining me on a daily resistance band challenge?
For the next 24 days, until Christmas, I will use the Stack 52 workout cards to draw by random one resistance band exercise per day. I will post them here as single posts, counting down to the 24th of December, e.g. until Christmas. The challenge is to do every single exercise as we count down to Christmas.
There will only be one exercise per day. But it will allow us to explore different exercises as we move through the month. So I reckon it will be not more than 10min per day, a new exercise every day chosen by random and posted the evening before.
So anyone up for exploring a daily resistance band practice with me?

Hi CBDB that sounds great! 👍 I’m already using resistance bands as part of a structured rehab plan, so a little variety and additional exercises won’t hurt. Will you post a link to a video or tell us what to do?🤔 I’m not familiar with exercise names and what they involve😏

Definitely yes. There will be a card describing what to do and a video link for every single exercise!
And I’m so with you! The number of times I had to look up what a some of these names mean, from “Russian twist” or “scapular squeeze” 🤣🤣🤣
I’ve not only learned how to run in the last few years, but names of muscle groups, Indian yoga terms, use of equipment and tools! And ungodly stretch positions! 🤣💪👍🏽
